Step into the transformative world of our Nature Wellness Series class and experience the revitalizing benefits of connecting with nature. Through a variety of mindful activities and artistic expression using natural materials, you can enhance your well-being and discover the healing power of the outdoors in a fun and engaging way.
Nature isn’t only pretty to look at. It can also play an important role for your physical and mental health. Studies have shown nature activities can help you be less stressed, healthier, and happier. It can be fun to make fun art projects with found objects too. From collages and mosaics of many textures to mobiles and sculptures, you can turn treasures from your adventures into crafty creations. Creativity in and of itself is also important for remaining healthy, remaining connected to yourself and connected to the world.
In our Creating with Scenery activity, you will learn more about the benefits of “nature therapy” while combining it with art “therapy” as you tap into your creative side. We will do a simple & fun activity that you can do anywhere at any age that engages that mind, provides a visual expression & activates the “feel good” chemicals of the brain and more!
